ALPHA PHI

From becoming an active member in Alpha Phi International Sorority in October of 2013 I have served as Webtech, Vice President of Marketing and currently serve as the Assistant Computer Chair.

Webtech

As Webtech I managed our social media platforms that included Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I also created our Pinterest and Tumblr pages. I increased our following on every platform, received recognition within the BIg Ten for our Tumblr and established a hashtag for the chapter that has been used over 1000 times on Instagram.

Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing I was chiefly responsible for managing our internal philanthropy team and our marketing team that consisted of our Webtech and our director of Public Relations. I created multiple PR promotions including, Senior Spotlights, Traveling Letters, and photo challenges. We raised over $20,000 for women’s cardiac care and Loyola hospital benefiting kidney cancer research while I was VP of Marketing. We held two week long philanthropy events in both the fall and the spring semesters that included a fraternity sports competition, a dinner, and smaller events to raise awareness and funds for our two main charities.
